Writing Goals for 2013

I was reading something on twitter I believe last week and there was a link to a post about 2013 writing goals.  It got me thinking about my own writing goals for the next year and for the remainder of 2012, although that is quickly coming to an end. So I have complied a quick list of my writing goals for the next year.

1.) re-write the first half of the 2012 NaNoWriMo WIP

2.) Self-publish (although I might query the novel) the WIP

3.) Begin working on the second novel in the series

4.) Work on some erotic short shorts (flash fiction or short stories, I’m still deciding)

5.) Increase visibility as a writer on social media and publishing sites.

There are some of my goals for the upcoming year.  What are yours?

  1. I like this idea – if I get my goals down on paper, maybe I’ll actually stick to them!

    1) Finish self-publishing Imminent Danger, since it’s currently stuck in media design hell.
    2) Finish re-working the sequel, which is hilarious but currently makes very little sense, and self-publish it.
    3) Enter another book I wrote into the Amazon 2013 Self-Publishing Awards and win! (or, failing that, at least come in second :D)
    4) Write more! Like, every day! Or else!
